Saulat Hussain served as Head of HR of the largest fertilizer company in Pakistan. During his three decades of industry experience, he has been involved in all areas of HR including the development of the HR policy manual, designing of hiring system, development of performance appraisal process, and certification of the HR department under ISO 9002. He also successfully conducted fourteen rounds of negotiations with the workers union during his service. Saulat Hussain has attended courses at Harvard Business School, Austrailian Management College, University of Michigan and Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He has taught graduate courses in Organization Design and Analysis and Performance Appraisal System.
